The manufacturing journey then moves to the cutting and fabrication stage. Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines precisely cut aluminum profiles and wooden components to exact specifications, ensuring perfect consistency and fit for every item. For our aluminum frames, skilled welders employ TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding techniques, creating seamless, robust joints that are both strong and aesthetically clean.

A critical phase follows: surface treatment. Aluminum parts undergo a multi-stage pre-treatment, including phosphating, to enhance corrosion resistance and prepare the surface for powder coating. The powder coating itself is an electrostatic process where dry powder is applied and then cured in high-temperature ovens. This results in a exceptionally durable, uniform, and eco-friendly finish that is resistant to chipping, fading, and harsh weather conditions. For teak wood components, they are carefully sanded and may be left natural to weather to a silver-gray patina or treated with protective oils.

The assembly line is where the furniture comes to life. Our experienced assemblers fit together frames, weave wratan strands by hand, and attach hardware using marine-grade stainless steel to prevent rust. Every screw, bolt, and fastener is checked for proper torque and security.

No piece leaves the Hongyi factory without passing a rigorous multi-point quality control inspection. This final check assesses structural integrity, stability, finish quality, color consistency, and overall aesthetic appeal.
