Our steel frames are constructed from high-grade carbon steel with a wall thickness of 1.5mm to 2.5mm. Each steel frame receives a sophisticated pretreatment through phosphating, followed by electrostatic powder coating with a thickness of 70-90 microns. The wooden frames primarily utilize premium teak, eucalyptus, and acacia hardwoods. These woods are carefully selected for their natural resistance to decay and insects. Our frame construction incorporates advanced welding techniques, including TIG welding for aluminum and MIG welding for steel, ensuring seamless joints and maximum strength. All frames include reinforced corner bracing and additional support members in high-stress areas. The weight capacity varies by design, with dining frames supporting 300-400kg and lounge frames rated for 200-300kg distributed weight.
