At our factory, innovation is woven into every piece we craft. We're constantly exploring and integrating advanced materials that redefine durability, sustainability, and comfort for outdoor living. Currently, several groundbreaking materials are at the forefront of our production.
Leading the charge is Recycled High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Lumber. Sourced from post-consumer plastics like bottles and containers, this material is transformed into incredibly sturdy, maintenance-free boards. It resists moisture, insects, and fading, offering the look of natural wood without the need for sealing or staining. This commitment to a circular economy is a cornerstone of our material philosophy.
For frames, we heavily utilize Advanced Powder-Coated Aluminum Alloys. This goes beyond standard aluminum. We employ specialized alloys for enhanced strength-to-weight ratios and apply a multi-stage electrostatic powder coating. This process creates a finish far more resilient to chipping, corrosion, and UV rays than traditional wet paint, ensuring sleek structural integrity for years.
In seating and cushions, we have fully embraced Next-Generation Performance Fabrics, notably solutions like Sunbrella. These are not just "outdoor fabrics." They are engineered with solution-dyed acrylic fibers, making them inherently resistant to fading, stains, mildew, and water. They are remarkably soft to the touch yet extraordinarily tough, allowing for vibrant colors that endure harsh sunlight.
Finally, our weaving collections feature Enhanced Synthetic Wickers, primarily Polyethylene (PE) and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) resins. These are not the brittle synthetics of the past. Today's formulations include UV inhibitors and flexibility agents, creating weaves that are exceptionally durable, colorfast, and resistant to cracking in both extreme heat and cold, mimicking natural rattan with vastly superior weather resistance.
Our innovation lies not just in using these materials, but in how we engineer them together—pairing the strength of recycled lumber with the comfort of performance fabrics—to create outdoor furniture that is built to last, beautifully.
