The process typically initiates after the design and technical discussions are finalized. You'll receive a detailed sampling quotation and timeline. Once approved, our engineering team creates detailed technical drawings and specifications. The first physical stage often involves material confirmation. We provide actual swatches of proposed fabrics, finishes (like powder coatings or wood stains), and material cuts (e.g., rattan, aluminum, teak) for your approval on color, texture, and feel.

Following material approval, our workshop crafts the initial sample, or "proto-sample." This is a full-scale, functional model built to the agreed specifications. The purpose is to evaluate the overall design, dimensions, structural integrity, and comfort. We then arrange a sample review, either by shipping the sample to you or via a detailed video presentation, highlighting construction details. Your feedback on aesthetics, ergonomics, and any functional aspects is meticulously collected.

Based on your feedback, revisions are made. A second, pre-production sample is often built, incorporating all approved changes and using the exact materials and processes intended for mass production. This sample serves as the final benchmark for quality. We conduct rigorous tests on this sample—for stability, weather resistance, and load capacity—and share the reports. Your final sign-off on this pre-production sample authorizes the commencement of bulk manufacturing.
