We begin our journey in carefully managed forests, partnering with suppliers who share our commitment to sustainable forestry practices. For our premium outdoor furniture lines, we primarily source FSC-certified teak, acacia, and eucalyptus. These species are selected not only for their natural beauty but for their inherent resistance to weather and decay, making them ideal for outdoor use.

Once harvested, the raw lumber undergoes a critical transformation through meticulous drying. We employ two complementary methods. The first is traditional air drying, where stacked lumber is carefully sheltered and allowed to naturally release moisture over several months. This gradual process helps stabilize the wood's core. Following this, the wood enters our computer-controlled kilns. Here, temperature and humidity are precisely regulated to gently extract the remaining moisture content to an optimal level—typically between 12-15%. This two-stage drying process is essential. It prevents warping, cracking, and splitting later on, ensuring each piece of furniture maintains its structural integrity and flawless appearance for years, even when exposed to sun, rain, and changing seasons.
