Approximately 48 hours after production begins, you will receive a detailed confirmation email. This includes your unique production order number, the confirmed specifications of your items, and the official start date on the factory floor. This serves as your baseline for tracking.
We then provide weekly progress summaries. These are not automated generic emails, but concise reports compiled by our dedicated factory liaison. They typically include updates on which stage your pieces are in—such as frame fabrication, weaving, welding, or finishing—and confirm that the work aligns with the scheduled timeline. If we anticipate any potential material or process delays that might affect your date, we communicate this immediately with a revised plan.
Key quality checkpoints trigger specific notifications. For instance, you'll be notified when frames pass their stress tests, when weather-resistant coatings are applied, and when pieces undergo final assembly inspection. We often include photos at these stages, giving you a visual confirmation of the craftsmanship.
Approximately one week before the estimated completion, you will receive a pre-shipment notification with preliminary logistics information. Upon factory completion and final quality approval, a formal shipment confirmation with tracking details follows. Our team remains available for any specific inquiries throughout the entire process, ensuring you are never in the dark about your investment.
