Each piece first undergoes a thorough cleaning and drying process to prevent moisture-related issues. Critical areas like table corners, chair legs, and connector points receive reinforced foam caps and cardboard protectors. The furniture is then wrapped in thick, anti-static bubble wrap or foam sleeves, with extra layers applied to glass tops and delicate woven elements.

For larger sets, we utilize custom-designed corrugated cardboard cartons with internal cardboard baffles that immobilize the contents. High-end pieces often receive wooden crates constructed from plywood or OSB boards, with furniture securely strapped to the crate's interior frame using nylon bands. We insert silica gel desiccant packets to control humidity and wrap everything in moisture-resistant plastic sheeting before sealing.

All packages receive clear, standardized labeling indicating fragility, orientation arrows, and weight distribution. Finally, units are loaded onto pallets using strategic stacking patterns, secured with heavy-duty stretch wrap, and banded to the pallet itself. This comprehensive approach ensures that outdoor furniture arrives at its destination in the same pristine condition it left our factory, ready for immediate assembly and use.
