We get it. You dreamed of a perfect patio set, crafted just for you. You shared your vision, and we poured our heart into building it. But sometimes, when it arrives, the feeling just isn't right. The cedar stain looks different in your sunlight, or the cushion firmness isn't the cloud-like hug you imagined. Your disappointment is our immediate concern.
Here’s how we handle returns for customized outdoor furniture when you're simply not happy:
First, we listen. We don't see a "return"; we see a dream that needs adjusting. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll have a real conversation to understand the "why" behind your unhappiness. Was it a miscommunication in design, a material nuance, or a change of heart?
Because your piece was made uniquely for you, we cannot accept a standard return for resale. However, your satisfaction is our core mission. We commit to a dedicated resolution path:
Option 1: The Remedy & Revise Path. Often, small tweaks make a world of difference. A cushion swap, a stain adjustment, or a slight structural modification can transform the piece into your love. We'll cover the labor for reasonable revisions to achieve your vision.
Option 2: The Re-homing & Reorder Credit. If revisions won't solve it, we'll help you find a new home for your custom set. Upon verified resale by you (we can assist with listings), we'll issue a substantial credit—typically up to 50% of your original order—toward a new, reimagined design. This honors our artisans' work while investing in your happiness.
Option 3: The Compassionate Restructure. For fundamental mismatches, we may arrange a professional pickup. Given the bespoke nature, a full refund isn't feasible, but we'll propose a fair restructuring of costs, focusing on material value, to part ways amicably.
Our policy is built on relationship, not just transactions. We believe your outdoor space should spark joy for years. Let's work together to make it right. Your ultimate satisfaction is the true measure of our custom craft.
