After we move into the production stage, changes become more complex. Alterations to design, dimensions, or materials may incur fees and affect the delivery timeline, as our artisans have already begun their dedicated work. We'll always provide a transparent quote and updated schedule for your approval before proceeding.
Cancellations after production begins are handled with care for both your investment and our artisans' dedicated labor. A cancellation fee, based on the work completed and materials procured, will apply. We detail this specifically in your custom order agreement.
