First, please inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the box, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Once you open the bench and discover a defect—such as a cracked wooden slat, a bent metal frame, or a chipped finish—immediately take clear photos of the damage from multiple angles, including the packaging material. These photos are crucial for our quality control team to assess the problem and file a claim with the carrier.

Our return policy covers you fully: within 30 days of delivery, we offer three straightforward options. You can request a full refund, including the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees, with no restocking charges. Alternatively, we will send a complete replacement bench at no extra cost, often before you even return the damaged one. If the damage is minor, we may offer a partial refund or a repair kit so you can fix it yourself, which is the fastest solution.

To initiate the process, simply contact our customer service team via email or the chat feature on our website. We typically respond within 24 hours. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label if you choose a refund, and we will coordinate a pickup from your home. Once the damaged bench is received at our factory, we process your refund within 5 business days.

Importantly, this policy applies only to damage that occurs during shipping. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by improper assembly after delivery.
