For a standard custom bench—where you select from our existing templates for materials like premium teak, powder-coated aluminum, or high-density polyethylene (HDPE), along with a finish and a specific stain color—the build time is approximately 1 to 2 weeks. Once the bench is assembled, cured, and undergoes our quality control inspection, standard shipping within the continental United States takes another 5 to 10 business days. So, for a simple, non-intricate design, you can expect delivery in roughly 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation.

However, if your custom bench involves complex features—such as integrated planters, curved or engraved backrests, a unique powder coat color that we must mix in-house, or non-standard dimensions requiring new metal jigs—the production phase extends to 3 to 4 weeks. This allows our craftsmen to program CNC machinery and hand-finish the details. After production, if you choose expedited freight (LTL trucking), shipping can shrink to 3–4 days, while standard ground freight remains at 1–2 weeks. Therefore, a highly customized piece, including shipping, typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.

Bulk orders (50+ units) also require an additional lead time of 1 to 2 weeks for material procurement staging and assembly line scheduling.
