When you invest in an outdoor wooden bench from our factory, you naturally want to know exactly what protection comes with it. We take pride in crafting durable, weather-resistant benches, and our warranty reflects that confidence.
First, every wooden bench we produce carries a 5-year limited structural warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues like frame cracking, joint failure, or warping caused by substandard wood processing—not normal wear or weather exposure. The warranty begins from the date of purchase and applies to the original owner only.
What’s included? Our warranty specifically guarantees that the bench’s solid wood frame, mortise-and-tenon joints, and stainless steel hardware will remain free from defects in materials and workmanship for the full five years. If a problem arises, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you. Note that shipping costs for replacement parts or return of the bench are covered by us only within the first year; after that, the customer pays for shipping.
What’s excluded? Natural wood characteristics like grain checking, slight cracking in dry climates, or color fading due to sunlight are not covered. These are normal seasoning behaviors of quality outdoor wood, not defects. Additionally, damage from improper assembly, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance (such as failing to apply recommended wood oil annually) voids the warranty.
For added peace of mind, our factory offers an optional extended 3-year coverage plan at checkout, bringing total protection to 8 years. This plan adds coverage for accidental damage, such as caused by a fallen tree branch or heavy snow.
To make a claim, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours and ship replacement parts within 10 business days.
