The process begins with a one-week design and material selection phase, where we work with you to finalize dimensions, wood type (such as teak, cedar, or reclaimed hardwood), and finish options. Once the order is confirmed, production takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks. This includes cutting, joining, sanding, and applying multiple coats of weather-resistant sealant. Each bench undergoes a 48-hour quality check and curing period. Finally, we allocate 5 to 7 business days for packaging and shipment.

Please note that current lead times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of specific materials. For example, orders with intricate carved details or premium exotic woods may extend the lead time by an additional 1 to 2 weeks. During peak season (April to July), we recommend placing your order at least 8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred delivery window.
