First, please inspect your bin immediately upon delivery. If you discover a defect within 30 days of receipt, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement, at your option. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number, a clear photo of the defect, and a brief description. We typically respond within 24 hours. For factory-caused defects, we cover all return shipping costs, so you will never pay a dime for our mistake.
Once we approve your return, you can either send the defective bin back to us using a prepaid shipping label we provide, or in some cases, we may arrange a pickup directly from your location. After we receive and verify the defect, your replacement will be shipped within 2 business days, or your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. If the defect is discovered after 30 days but within the first year of ownership, we still offer a warranty repair or partial credit toward a new bin, subject to a product-specific assessment.
We also want to clarify what is not covered. Damage caused by misuse, overloading, extreme weather neglect, or unauthorized modifications is not considered a factory defect. Additionally, cosmetic issues like slight color variations or minor surface scratches that do not affect functionality are not eligible for return. To make the process even smoother, we recommend retaining your original packaging until you have thoroughly tested your bin. If you must dispose of the packaging, ensure the bin is securely wrapped when returning.
