We understand that the last thing you want after unboxing a heavy, high-quality outdoor bench is to realize you are missing a crucial piece of hardware. That is why we ensure every order comes complete with a dedicated hardware kit specifically packaged for your particular bench model.

Our hardware kits are designed for durability. Each bolt, screw, and washer is made from corrosion-resistant materials—typically stainless steel or heavily galvanized steel—to withstand years of exposure to rain, humidity, and direct sunlight without rusting or seizing. We also include clearly written assembly instructions that show you exactly which fastener goes where, preventing any confusion during setup.

If you are a commercial customer buying in bulk, please note that we send hardware for every unit individually. So if you order 50 benches, you will receive 50 separate hardware bags, each containing the exact number and type of fasteners needed. For large-scale projects, we can also provide additional spare hardware upon request.

In short, you will never need to run to a hardware store for extra bolts when assembling our benches. Our factory takes care of that for you. If you ever do find a piece missing (which is very rare), simply contact our support team with your model number, and we will ship replacements immediately free of charge.
