If you don’t have a specific color, you can request our standard color chart, which includes over 200 RAL and custom options.
Once we receive your request, our technical team will review your specifications and recommend the most suitable powder coating type. For example, if the cans need to resist UV rays, we might suggest a polyester-based powder; for heavy-duty scrap metal bins, an epoxy finish offers superior chip resistance. We will then prepare a flat metal panel (usually 4x6 inches) coated with your selected powder under the same conditions used for full production. This includes the same pretreatment (cleaning and phosphating) and curing oven temperature to ensure the sample’s gloss level, adhesion, and texture match the final product.
The sample production typically takes 3 to 5 business days from confirmation. If you need it urgently, we can prioritize production for an additional fee.
Upon receiving the sample, we encourage you to perform your own physical tests. If the sample meets your approval, you can proceed with the full order using the same batch specification. If adjustments are needed, simply share your feedback, and we will tweak the formulation or application parameters and send a revised sample at no extra charge for the first round.
