To clean your planters from our planter box factory without harming the finish, start by removing any loose soil or debris with a soft brush or dry microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive sponges which can scratch the coating.
Mix a gentle solution of lukewarm water and a few drops of mild dish soap or pH-neutral cleanser. Dip a soft, lint-free cloth into the solution, wring it out until damp (not soaking), and gently wipe the exterior and interior surfaces. Rinse the cloth thoroughly with clean water and go over the planter again to remove any soapy residue.
For stubborn stains like mineral deposits or algae, create a paste from baking soda and water. Apply it gently with a soft sponge, let it sit for 2–3 minutes, then wipe away with a damp cloth. Never use harsh chemicals, bleach, or steel wool, as these can strip or dull the finish.
After cleaning, pat the planter dry with a clean, soft towel and allow it to air dry completely before replanting. For long-term care, periodically apply a plant-safe wax or sealant recommended by your factory to protect the coating from moisture and UV damage. By following these steps, your planters will retain their original beauty and durability for years.
