Specifically, our warranty covers:

- Welds and joints: Free from failure due to faulty assembly.

- Plastic or metal integrity: No breaks or deformities caused by manufacturing flaws.

- Base and wheel attachments: Against breakage under rated weight capacities.

However, it does not cover:

- Damage from misuse, overloading, vandalism, or harsh chemicals.

- Normal wear and tear such as scratches or fading from UV exposure.

- Accidental damage or modifications made by the customer.

To make a warranty claim, simply contact our customer service team with your purchase order number and photos of the defect. We will process a replacement or repair within 30 business days. For high-traffic environments, we also offer an extended warranty option up to 10 years for an additional fee.
