We do not charge restocking fees, and we cover the cost of return shipping for valid concerns, such as manufacturing defects or material discrepancies. For dissatisfaction driven purely by personal preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, but we still provide a full refund of the purchase price once the bench is received and inspected.
