To keep your warranty valid, we recommend lubricating the hinges with a silicone-based spray every three months and tightening any loose bolts after seasonal changes. If you encounter a malfunction, contact our support team with your order number and a short video showing the issue. We will either replace the affected parts free of charge or, if the mechanism is non-serviceable, replace the entire bench frame at no cost to you—excluding shipping fees.
