At our planter box factory, we understand that shipping large, heavy-duty planters can sometimes result in unexpected issues. To address defects or damage upon delivery, we have implemented a comprehensive quality assurance and customer care protocol.
First, every planter box is double-inspected before leaving our facility—once during production and again before packaging. We use reinforced corrugated boxes, foam corner protectors, and shrink wrap to minimize transit risks.
If you receive a damaged or defective planter, simply follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:
1. Take clear photos of the damage, including the packaging and the product.
2. Email our dedicated after-sales team with your order number and photos.
3. Within 24 hours, we will either issue a full replacement with a prepaid return label for the damaged unit, or offer a partial refund if the defect is minor and repairable.
For defects that are caused by manufacturing flaws—such as uneven edges, color inconsistencies, or structural weaknesses—we provide a free replacement without any shipping charges. In the rare case of a pattern of damage on multiple units, we arrange a bulk reshipment and investigate our carrier partners to prevent recurrence.
Our goal is to ensure that every planter box arrives in perfect condition. Should any issue arise, our team is ready to resolve it quickly and fairly, so you can enjoy your planting project without delays.
