If a weld or seam fails due to material or workmanship issues within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected component at no charge, excluding labor for removal or reinstallation. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, extreme overloading, chemical corrosion, or impact accidents. We also provide a 2-year extension for commercial-grade stainless steel models, totaling 7 years of seam and weld coverage for our heavy-duty lineup.

Our confidence comes from using fully automated welding machines with real-time quality sensors, combined with certified operators who verify each seam's strength. Every trash can carries a unique serial number linked to its weld test report, so you can trace the quality history.
