For highly specific or multi-layered finishes—like textured coatings or anti-graffiti layers—an additional 7 to 10 days is needed.

Second, the painting process itself involves three stages: surface cleaning and priming, electrostatic powder coating application, and oven curing. This cycle typically takes 5 to 7 business days for a batch of 20 to 50 benches. Our factory uses automated conveyors and robotic sprayers to ensure consistent coverage, which reduces variation in drying times.
