At our outdoor bench factory, we prioritize longevity and durability by using advanced wood preservation techniques tailored to combat rot and insect infestation. Specifically, we rely on a combination of pressure-treated ACQ (Alkaline Copper Quaternary) and micronized copper azole (MCA) preservatives. These water-based solutions penetrate deep into the wood fibers under high pressure, creating a chemical barrier that deters termites, carpenter ants, and fungal decay without compromising environmental safety.
For benches exposed to extreme moisture or soil contact, we may also apply borate-based treatments for additional protection. Unlike older CCA (chromated copper arsenate) formulas, our preservatives are free from arsenic and chromium, aligning with modern eco-standards. Every batch undergoes rigorous testing to ensure uniform coverage, and we seal the final product with a UV-resistant topcoat to lock in the preservative while maintaining a clean, natural wood finish.
This multi-layered approach ensures your outdoor bench withstands years of rain, humidity, and insect activity—backed by our factory’s commitment to sustainable, long-term performance.
