For standard in-stock designs, this process typically takes 2 to 3 business days. If you have ordered custom-made planters with specific dimensions or finishes, production may take 5 to 7 business days, depending on the complexity and current factory workload.
Once your items leave our factory, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and the carrier’s estimated delivery window. This is your true delivery confirmation. In total, from the moment you place your order, you can expect this confirmation within 2 to 7 business days for most orders. For bulk or oversized shipments, we will proactively contact you with a tailored schedule.
