For the frame, we offer a 15-year limited warranty. This covers structural defects, including cracking, warping, or corrosion of the welded joints and supporting beams under normal outdoor use. If your bench’s frame fails due to material or workmanship issues within this period, we will repair it or replace the entire bench at no cost to you. This long warranty reflects our use of heavy-gauge steel or extruded aluminum with a powder-coated finish that resists rust and UV damage.

For the slats, we provide a 5-year limited warranty. Whether you choose high-density polyethylene (HDPE), recycled plastic, or treated hardwood slats, we guarantee they will not rot, splinter, or delaminate under standard weather conditions. If the slats suffer from excessive fading, bending, or cracking beyond normal wear within five years, we will supply new slats and cover the labor for replacement. Note that damage caused by vandalism, misuse, or unauthorized modification is not covered.

We also honor a 30-day return policy for any factory-installed hardware issues, such as loose bolts or misaligned mounting brackets. Beyond our written warranty, our customer support team is available to help you file a claim with photos and receipts quickly. Every bench we ship includes a warranty registration card, and we keep production records for each batch to ensure traceability.
