The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, such as dropping heavy objects on the lid, exposing it to open flames, or using chemicals that degrade the plastic. For commercial customers, we offer a separate extended service plan that covers lids for up to 5 years. To file a claim, simply contact our support team with your purchase order number, a photo of the defective lid, and the bin model. Most claims are approved within 3 business days and a replacement lid ships out immediately. We design our lids with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and UV stabilizers to withstand harsh weather, so failures are rare—but when they happen, our warranty process is fast and paperless.
