At our factory, we treat warranty claims on dented commercial bins with a clear, customer-first process. First, the buyer submits a claim with photos, the model number, the purchase invoice, and a brief note describing how the dent occurred. We do not require a full damage report for minor surface dents. Once we receive the documentation, our quality assurance team reviews it within two business days.
If the dent is purely cosmetic and does not affect the lid seal, the hinge, or the wheel brakes, we offer two options. We either issue a partial credit for the inconvenience or ship a new skin panel if the model has replaceable panels. For structural dents that compromise the bin’s stability or the lid closure, we immediately authorize a replacement unit. The customer is not required to return the damaged bin unless we request it for failure analysis. In that case, we provide a prepaid freight label and arrange a pallet pickup.
We also cover the cost of shipping both ways under our commercial warranty, provided the claim is filed within the warranty period and the dent is not caused by forklift collisions, overturning, or abuse beyond normal daily use. For claims that fall outside our policy, we still offer a discounted factory-direct repair kit and free technical guidance so the bin can be put back into service quickly.
Our goal is simple: minimize downtime for your waste management operation while keeping the process as paperwork-light as possible. Every claim gets a unique ticket number, so you can track the status in our customer portal. If our team finds that a series of similar dents appears across multiple units, we proactively redesign the relevant component and issue a free retrofit for all affected customers. That is how we turn a simple warranty claim into a long-term quality improvement.
