Great question — and one we hear often from customers who are picturing an instant, green-filled balcony or garden. The short answer is: our planter box factory manufactures and sells the containers only. We do not supply the live plants or soil as part of the standard order. Each planter box leaves our facility as a high-quality, durable vessel designed for you to fill with whatever plants suit your taste, climate, and lifestyle.
Why do we make this distinction? Because we specialize in crafting planter boxes that are built to last — using premium materials like powder-coated steel, weather-resistant HDPE, and UV-stabilized composite. When you buy from our factory, you are investing in structure, drainage efficiency, and design. Plants, by contrast, are living, perishable products that require specific care during shipping and vary by season and region. Combining both in one shipment would create logistical complexity, increase the risk of plant damage, and ultimately raise costs for you without adding real value.
That said, we want your project to succeed visually and horticulturally. So while we only sell the containers, we provide detailed planting guides, recommended soil volumes, and spacing suggestions for each model. Many of our clients purchase the planters from us and then source their plants from a trusted local nursery — this gives them full control over plant species, size, and health at the moment of planting.
If you are looking for a truly turnkey solution, we can also connect you with our partner horticulture suppliers in your area. In that case, the plants are purchased directly from them, and they can coordinate delivery to your site — often on the same day your planter boxes arrive. However, even in that arrangement, the factory’s contract remains limited to the planter boxes themselves.
So, to summarize: you will receive beautifully engineered, empty containers from our factory. You bring the soil, the seeds or seedlings, and the creativity. We handle the structure that keeps those plants thriving for years. If you prefer to explore planter models that are especially plant-friendly — with built-in trellises or deep root chambers — we are happy to guide you. But our boxes are, and will remain, containers. That focus is exactly what allows us to maintain such high product standards at factory-direct prices.
