Every batch is checked for wall thickness, base weight, latch strength, hinge torque, and anchor alignment, and depending on the model we run tilt-table tests, simulated gust tests, or wind-tunnel-style evaluations. Finally, we give clear installation guidance: place the can on level ground, fill the ballast according to the wind zone, anchor it in high-wind areas, and keep lids closed. A weighted base trash can is part of the answer, but the real protection comes from combining weight, shape, anchoring, materials, and testing so the bin stays stable in real-world windy conditions.
