Yes, as a concrete planter box factory, we provide a limited warranty against cracking caused by material defects or manufacturing faults. We understand that cracking is a major concern for architects, landscapers, contractors, and property owners, so our warranty is designed to protect you against structural cracks that affect strength, safety, or function.
Our warranty typically covers structural cracks caused by defective concrete mix, inadequate reinforcement, or poor factory workmanship. It also covers cracks that appear under normal use and proper installation within the confirmed warranty period. If a covered crack occurs, we will repair or replace the affected planter box according to the warranty terms. For custom and commercial orders, the exact warranty length and conditions are stated in the sales contract or project agreement.
However, not every crack is covered. Hairline surface cracks, map cracking, and minor shrinkage cracks are common in concrete and are usually cosmetic. They do not normally affect structural performance. Our warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, mishandling, dropping, modification, foundation movement, soil expansion, root pressure, freeze-thaw cycles, salt, chemicals, extreme weather, poor drainage, overwatering, or neglect.
To reduce cracking risk, our factory uses quality-controlled concrete mixes, steel reinforcement, fiber mesh where suitable, proper mold design, controlled curing, and careful finishing. We inspect each planter box before packing. For cold climates, unstable soil, or large commercial projects, we can adjust reinforcement, wall thickness, drainage, and mix design to improve crack resistance.
If you need a warranty against cracking on concrete planter boxes, please share your project location, size, finish, quantity, and installation method. Our team will recommend the right product and provide clear warranty terms. We are committed to durable, factory-made concrete planters that look good and perform reliably.
