At our outdoor bench factory, the lead time for a custom color depends on several factors, but most orders ship within 15 to 25 working days after you approve the color sample. If you choose a standard RAL or Pantone shade that we already stock in powder coating, production can begin immediately after sample confirmation. For special or metallic colors, please allow an additional 5 to 7 days for powder procurement and color matching.

Order quantity also matters. Small batch orders of 50 to 200 benches usually take 15 to 20 working days. Larger orders of 500 units or more may require 25 to 35 working days because we schedule them across multiple production lines. We also offer rush service for urgent projects; in some cases, we can shorten the lead time to 10 to 12 working days, subject to material availability and a rush fee.

Our process is transparent. First, we send you a color swatch or spray-out panel for approval. Once approved, we prepare the powder, clean and pre-treat the metal, apply the custom coating, cure it in the oven, and inspect every bench for color consistency and durability.
