For standard two-wheel curbside trash cans and wheeled recycling bins, we offer a one-year limited warranty on the container body, lid, and handle assembly. The wheels, axles, and mounting hardware on these models carry a two-year limited warranty. For heavy-duty four-wheel containers and industrial wheeled dumpsters, the body and structural components are covered for two years, while the wheel and caster system is covered for three years. Select premium or export-grade wheeled models may qualify for an extended warranty of up to five years when the buyer follows our recommended load limits and maintenance schedule.
This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered part fails, we will repair it, send a replacement part, or replace the affected unit at our discretion. Typical covered issues include cracked bodies caused by a molding defect, faulty wheel hubs, broken axles from a manufacturing flaw, defective lid hinges, and poor welds on metal wheeled bins. The warranty does not cover damage caused by overloading, rough handling, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper assembly, chemical exposure, or ordinary wear to tires, bearings, and cosmetic surfaces. It also does not cover freight damage unless reported within the agreed inspection window.
To make a claim, customers should provide the order number, model number, batch code, photos or a short video of the issue, and a brief description of how the product was used. Our after-sales team reviews the claim, usually within 3–5 business days, then approves the most practical solution. Replacement parts are shipped with the next available order or by express if urgent. If the issue is a major structural defect, we may arrange a replacement unit or issue a credit. Warranty periods begin on the shipment date, not the delivery date, unless the contract states otherwise. For OEM and bulk orders, warranty terms can be customized in the sales contract, including extended coverage, spare-part kits, or on-site support for large commercial projects. Because wheeled trash can models range from light residential bins to heavy industrial containers, the exact warranty for your order depends on the model, intended use, and agreed terms.
