At our planter box factory, every product is backed by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. If a planter box cracks within the first year, the first step is to determine why it cracked. If the crack comes from a manufacturing defect—such as a material flaw, weak joint, faulty molding, or workmanship error—we will make it right. Depending on the situation, we may repair the affected part, send a replacement planter box, or issue a refund or credit. The exact remedy is decided after inspection, but our goal is to resolve covered claims quickly and fairly.
To start a claim, contact our customer service team as soon as you notice the crack. Please have your order number, delivery date, model or SKU, and clear photos of the crack and the full planter. If possible, include a short description of where the planter is placed, how it is used, and whether it was exposed to unusual impact or weather. This information helps us confirm whether the damage is covered and prevents delays. Most claims are reviewed within two to three business days after we receive complete details.
The warranty is limited, not unconditional. It does not cover cracks caused by misuse, accidental impact, overloading, improper installation, blocked drainage, chemical damage, unauthorized modifications, or extreme conditions outside the product’s intended use. Normal fading, surface wear, minor color changes, and damage from neglect are also excluded. If a crack is not covered, we can still help with a discounted replacement part or repair advice, so you are not left without options.
If your planter box cracks within the first year and you believe it is a factory defect, do not try to hide or repair the crack before contacting us. Keep the product and all relevant packaging or labels when possible. We will guide you through the inspection and replacement process. Our factory warranty is designed to give you confidence: when a covered crack happens early, we stand behind the product and work to get you a safe, stable, and attractive planter again.
