Even when the air is still, the gaps allow damp surfaces to dry faster and reduce heat buildup, making the bench more comfortable for long periods.

Slat spacing can be adjusted, usually between 8 mm and 15 mm, depending on the style and the level of airflow required. For very wet regions, we recommend teak, iroko, acacia, eucalyptus, marine-grade HDPE, aluminum, or powder-coated steel.
