Our outdoor bench factory offers a limited 10-year warranty against warping on qualifying solid hardwood models for residential use. For commercial or high-traffic settings, the same hardwood bench models are covered by a 3-year limited warping warranty. This warranty is designed to protect you from structural warping that goes beyond the normal expansion, contraction, and minor surface changes expected in natural wood.
Under this coverage, if a hardwood bench develops warping that prevents it from sitting level, makes the frame unstable, or compromises safe seating, we will repair the affected component, supply replacement parts, or replace the bench at our discretion. The warranty applies only when the bench has been assembled, finished, and maintained according to our care guide. We recommend sealing or oiling the hardwood at least once a year, keeping the bench on a dry, well-drained surface, and covering or storing it during prolonged extreme weather. Teak, eucalyptus, acacia, and similar dense hardwoods may still move slightly with humidity changes; this is normal and is not considered a defect.
The warranty does not cover warping caused by neglect, improper installation, standing water, excessive heat, direct contact with chlorinated or salt water without proper care, unauthorized repairs, or use beyond residential or agreed commercial limits. It also excludes cosmetic issues such as hairline cracks, minor color shifts, and surface checking that do not affect structural integrity or safe use.
To make a claim, contact our factory warranty team with your proof of purchase, model number, batch or serial code if available, and clear photos of the warping. We may ask for measurements or an inspection. Approved claims are resolved through repair, replacement parts, or a replacement bench. This limited warranty gives you specific rights and is subject to the terms provided at purchase. It is our goal to ensure that your hardwood outdoor bench remains a stable, comfortable, and lasting part of your outdoor space.
