Yes, in most cases you can choose the color for an outdoor bench sample, provided the factory offers a sample program and the requested finish is compatible with the bench’s material. At our outdoor bench factory, sample orders typically start with a standard finish chart that includes popular powder-coated colors such as matte black, charcoal gray, bronze, forest green, beige, and white. If you need a specific brand color, you can usually provide a RAL, Pantone, or custom swatch number. The factory will then check whether that color can be applied by powder coating, liquid painting, or another suitable process. Keep in mind that color choice may affect cost and timeline. A standard sample color is often faster and may be free or lower cost, while a custom color can require a small matching fee, a minimum quantity for the bulk order, and extra production days. For wooden or composite benches, color choices may refer to stain, oil, or UV-resistant coating rather than paint. It is also wise to ask for a physical color chip or a small coated coupon before approving the full sample, because screen colors and printed catalogs can look different from real finishes. Before you order, confirm these details in writing: available color options, whether custom matching is included, sample fees and refund policy, lead time, and how the chosen color will be controlled in mass production. This helps you avoid surprises and ensures the sample represents the final outdoor benches. In short, yes, you can often choose the sample color, but the best answer depends on the factory’s finish range, your target color, and the order conditions. A reliable outdoor bench manufacturer will explain the options clearly and help you select a durable color that suits your project, climate, and budget.
