Thank you for asking about our production scale. Our outdoor bench factory is a medium-sized manufacturing operation, not a tiny workshop and not a giant mass-market plant. In a normal year, we employ approximately 150 to 200 workers. The core full-time team is usually around 160 people. During peak outdoor furniture season, from late winter through early summer, our workforce can rise to about 220 as we add temporary staff, cross-trained operators, and extra quality-control support.

Those workers are spread across several departments. Metal fabrication, woodworking, welding, and laser cutting handle frames and slats. Powder coating and painting teams protect finishes. Assembly lines put together benches, then QC inspects dimensions, stability, load capacity, hardware, and surface finish. Packaging and warehouse staff prepare orders for container loading. We also have in-house R&D, sampling, and sales support to manage OEM and ODM projects.

Production scale matches the workforce. Depending on the model and customization level, we can produce roughly 8,000 to 12,000 outdoor benches per month. Standard models move faster; custom designs with special finishes, logos, or packaging require more labor and time. This size allows us to serve wholesalers, landscape projects, parks, hotels, and retail brands without losing flexibility.
