At our outdoor bench factory, slats are protected by a limited warranty against warping caused by defective materials or workmanship. For standard outdoor wood slats, coverage is normally three years from the original delivery date; for premium teak and HDPE or composite slats, it is five years. If your slats start to warp, please send clear photos, your order number, batch code, and details about installation, climate, and daily exposure. If our inspection confirms a factory defect, we will replace the affected slats at no charge or issue a prorated credit, depending on the age and model. This warranty does not cover warping caused by normal seasonal expansion and contraction, extreme heat or humidity, standing water, missing support, improper storage, lack of routine care, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. To file a claim, contact our after-sales team with proof of purchase and photos. We usually respond within two business days and ship approved replacement slats in 7-15 business days. Proper spacing, sealed end grain, and regular oiling can reduce natural movement, but if a true defect appears, we stand behind our benches and work to make it right.
