Most bulk orders come with a limited lifetime warranty on the structural frame and welded joints, covering manufacturing defects and breakage under normal seated use. The powder-coated finish is typically warranted for five years against peeling, blistering, chipping, and significant fading. Composite or recycled plastic slats usually carry a five-year warranty, while solid wood slats may have a three-year limited warranty because natural wood requires periodic maintenance. Hardware, glides, and movable components are generally covered for three years. For large-volume purchases, we can customize warranty terms to match your tender or procurement requirements, including extended finish coverage, project-specific lead times for replacement parts, and documented service levels. The warranty does not cover vandalism, misuse, overload, improper installation, chemical damage, or normal wear such as scuffs and surface oxidation. If a covered issue occurs, we ask for photos, the invoice or order number, and batch details; after review, we will repair, replace, or supply replacement parts at our discretion. Every bulk shipment can include a warranty certificate, maintenance instructions, and touch-up materials to help you protect your investment.
