In most cases, an outdoor bench order leaves our factory within 3 to 7 business days if the model is in stock. Once your order is confirmed and payment or deposit is received, our team checks inventory, prepares the benches, completes final quality inspection, wraps them for protection, and arranges pickup by the carrier. For standard stock items, this is the usual processing window before shipment.

For custom outdoor benches, the timeline is longer because production starts after key details are approved. If you order special dimensions, wood species, metal finishes, colors, logos, or customized packaging, the normal lead time is about 15 to 35 business days after deposit and drawing approval. Large bulk orders, mixed-container orders, or orders placed during the spring and summer peak season may require 30 to 45 business days. The exact time depends on quantity, material availability, production capacity, and your destination.

Please note that shipping time is separate from production time. After the order ships, transit time by sea, air, or express depends on the destination and freight method. For urgent projects, we can check ready stock, prioritize production, or recommend express shipping for samples and small orders. To receive a precise ship-out date, send us your model number, quantity, customization requirements, delivery address, and target date. Our outdoor bench factory will then confirm the most accurate lead time and keep you updated from production to dispatch.
