If you send us a design, the short answer is yes: our trash can factory can usually replicate it with a high degree of accuracy, including custom logos. However, “exactly” is a word that needs context. Manufacturing is a physical process, so we work within agreed tolerances, material behavior, and production methods. After reviewing your files, we can confirm what is possible and flag any details that may need adjustment.
What we need from you:
- 2D drawings or 3D files such as STEP, IGES, STL, AI, or PDF
- Dimensions, capacity, material preference, color, finish, and logo artwork
- Logo placement, size, color codes, and preferred branding method
- Target quantity, packaging requirements, and compliance standards
Replication process:
1. Design review and DFM analysis: We check wall thickness, draft angles, ribs, mold feasibility, lid mechanism, and logo surface.
2. Quotation and mold plan: We propose existing mold use or new tooling. New molds may be required for unique shapes.
3. Prototype or sample: We create a 3D printed or CNC prototype, or a pre-production sample from the actual mold.
4. Logo application: Depending on the bin material and shape, we can use silk screen, UV printing, heat transfer, laser engraving, hot stamping, embossing, or in-mold labeling. Complex gradients or tiny text may need adjustment.
5. Approval: You approve the sample, color, logo, and packaging.
6. Mass production and QC: We inspect dimensions, appearance, logo adhesion, color consistency, and function before shipping.
Can you replicate my custom logo exactly?
For many logos, yes, especially vector-based logos with clear lines and solid colors. We can match Pantone colors and placement very closely. Very fine details, photographic images, or gradients may require higher-resolution artwork or a different printing method. Curved surfaces, textured plastic, and recycled materials can also affect sharpness and color. We will always send a logo proof or sample for your approval before mass production.
