Many standard outdoor bench packages contain only the bench parts and basic assembly fittings, because the same bench may be installed on grass, pavers, timber decks, or concrete. Concrete anchoring needs a different anchor type and sometimes a different base plate, so it should be confirmed at the quotation or purchase order stage.
For concrete, wedge anchors and sleeve anchors are the most common choices. We usually recommend stainless steel anchors for coastal, humid, or high-traffic sites, and hot-dip galvanized or zinc-plated anchors for drier inland locations where budget is the main concern. A typical anchor set includes the anchor, washer, and nut. We can also add bolt caps to cover exposed threads, improving safety and appearance.
If your benches have pre-drilled feet or base plates, we can match the anchor diameter and length to those holes. If not, we can produce base plates with the correct hole pattern for your slab. We may also supply a paper or digital drilling template so the installer can mark the concrete accurately. That reduces alignment problems and saves installation time.
The exact hardware depends on concrete slab thickness, pull-out requirements, wind load, seismic zone, bench size, number of mounting points, and local building codes. A light park bench may need two anchors per leg, while a heavy memorial bench or a bench in an exposed plaza may need four anchors per base.
