At our planter box factory, delivery time for a custom order depends on the design, quantity, material, finishing, and shipping method. For a typical custom planter box order, we usually divide the timeline into production and transit. After you approve the drawing, color, material, and deposit, production normally takes 15 to 30 working days for standard custom sizes. If your project includes complex joinery, curved panels, metal frames, composite materials, custom logos, or a large wholesale quantity, production can take 25 to 45 working days. Quality inspection and export packing add another 2 to 5 working days.

Shipping then depends on your destination. Express delivery usually arrives in 3 to 7 days but is best for small samples or urgent trial orders. Air freight usually takes 5 to 10 days to major airports. Sea freight, which is the most common choice for bulk planter boxes, usually takes 20 to 40 days to major ports, and door-to-door delivery may take 30 to 50 days after departure. Customs clearance, port schedules, and local delivery can also affect the final arrival date.

In most cases, a custom planter box order is delivered in about 4 to 8 weeks when sea freight is used and all details are confirmed quickly. For larger orders or remote destinations, 6 to 10 weeks is more realistic. If you need urgent delivery, we can sometimes shorten production to 10 to 15 working days after approval, but this must be checked before the order is placed. To get an exact delivery estimate, please send us your planter box dimensions, material, quantity, finish, packing needs, and delivery address. We will then confirm the production lead time and shipping schedule clearly before you pay the deposit.
