For treated timber planters, our standard rot warranty is typically up to five years. Composite and metal planter boxes may carry longer terms. To keep coverage valid, the planter must have proper drainage, be installed correctly, and receive the recommended sealing, cleaning, and inspection. Rot caused by constant waterlogging, soil contact without a liner, blocked drainage, chemical exposure, impact damage, or neglected maintenance is not covered.

If a problem appears, customers can submit proof of purchase, photos of the affected area, and installation details. Our factory team will review the claim and may offer repair, replacement, a prorated credit, or another solution according to the warranty policy.
