If you order from our planter box factory, you will receive just the boxes—not the plants. This applies to standard retail, wholesale, and custom orders unless a separate planted-package agreement is signed in advance. We manufacture planter boxes, raised beds, troughs, and garden containers. We are not a plant nursery, so live plants are outside our regular production scope.

Plants are living products. They need climate control, watering, certification, and fast shipping. They also face agricultural import rules that vary by state or country. Mixing live plants with a factory shipment can slow production, raise freight costs, and risk damage to both the plants and the boxes. That is why our default quotation includes empty planter boxes only.

What your order can include:

- Planter boxes in the size, color, material, and finish you choose

- Drainage holes or pre-drilled drainage options

- Liners, trays, brackets, hardware, and irrigation-ready fittings

- Custom logos, labels, or packaging for wholesale buyers

- Flat-packed or pre-assembled boxes, depending on your project

If you need plants, we can help you plan the next step. Many customers work with a local nursery or landscape supplier. You can order boxes from us and have the plants sourced near the final destination. In some cases, we can coordinate with trusted nursery partners, but the plants will be quoted and shipped separately. Any soil, mulch, or live plant material is also not included unless clearly stated in your order confirmation.

To avoid confusion, check your quote and proforma invoice. It will list every component. If the line item says "planter box" or "garden bed," it means the box only. If you want a planted arrangement, ask for a custom proposal. We will clarify what is included, what is not, and who is responsible for plant quality and delivery.

In short: from our planter box factory, the plants are not included. You get the boxes. This keeps pricing clear, shipping practical, and your project flexible.
