Yes, we do. Our planter box factory has video documentation of the quality check process, and we can share it with serious buyers. Because many planter box projects are custom—different sizes, materials, finishes, drainage systems, and logo requirements—we keep a library of QC clips rather than one fixed public video. When you contact us, we can send the most relevant videos by email, WhatsApp, or another platform, or arrange a live video call from the production floor.
The videos typically show the full inspection flow. First, incoming materials such as treated wood, metal, composite, or recycled plastic are checked for thickness, strength, color consistency, and surface defects. Next, cutting and CNC shaping are inspected against drawings, with critical dimensions measured by tape, calipers, or templates. During welding, jointing, and frame assembly, workers check squareness, alignment, and structural stability. After sanding and surface preparation, the coating team inspects paint coverage, color matching, and finish smoothness. For outdoor planter boxes, we also show drainage hole checks, waterproof or weather-resistant treatment, and edge sealing.
Before packing, every planter box goes through final QC: assembly fit, screw and hardware tightness, load-bearing or stability testing, appearance review, and a last check for scratches, cracks, or missing parts. If you need more proof, we can record a custom video for your order, including your specific model, measurements, and packaging method. Our goal is to make the quality check process transparent, so you can buy from our planter box factory with confidence. Send us your product list or design files, and we will tell you which QC videos we can share.
