Thank you for reaching out about bulk outdoor benches for your new development project. Yes, we offer wholesale pricing from our outdoor bench factory, and we work with developers, landscape architects, contractors, and procurement teams on large-scale seating packages. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on the bench model, material, finish, and level of customization. For standard outdoor benches in stock colors, our typical MOQ is 50 units per style. If you need custom dimensions, branded logos, special powder-coat colors, or unique slat profiles, the MOQ is usually 100 units per design. For mixed orders, we can sometimes lower the per-model MOQ to 20–30 units as long as the total order reaches 100–200 units or fills a mixed container.
Wholesale pricing is tiered based on quantity. A typical structure might be: 50–199 units at base wholesale, 200–499 units at a better tier, 500–999 units at a project rate, and 1,000+ units at factory-direct contract pricing. The exact quote depends on materials such as powder-coated steel, cast aluminum, recycled plastic, HDPE, concrete, or hardwood. Freight, packaging, and delivery terms also affect the final price.
To get an accurate wholesale quote, please share: (1) bench style or reference images, (2) quantity per model and total units, (3) preferred material and finish, (4) custom requirements, (5) delivery city and project timeline. We can then send pricing, MOQ confirmation, lead time, and samples. Standard production usually takes 25–45 days after deposit, while custom tooling or large projects may need 45–60 days. For new developments, we can also provide CAD drawings, material samples, durability specs, ADA-compliant options, and installation guidance.
If you are planning a park, plaza, residential community, campus, or commercial streetscape, bulk outdoor benches can be coordinated with matching trash receptacles, planters, and bike racks. Contact our outdoor bench factory with your project details, and we will confirm wholesale pricing and the minimum order quantity for your development.
