Thanks for asking. For a custom color run from our outdoor bench factory, the standard lead time is usually 15–25 working days after you approve the color sample and we receive your deposit. This covers powder-coating or painting setup, production, curing, assembly, and quality checks. Shipping is additional: 3–7 days by air or express for urgent event orders, or longer by sea.

If your event is next month, the schedule is tight but not always impossible. For a small to medium order using an existing RAL, Pantone, or standard powder-coat color, we can sometimes complete production in 12–18 working days, plus 3–5 days express shipping. If the color must be matched from scratch, or if the order is large, expect closer to 20–30 working days. A rush schedule may reduce production to 7–12 working days, but it depends on current factory capacity, bench style, quantity, and coating complexity.

To get an exact lead time, please send the bench model, quantity, target color code, event date, delivery city, and whether a close standard color is acceptable. Choosing a stock color can cut sample approval to 24–48 hours instead of 2–5 days. We cannot guarantee next-month delivery until we review your specifications, but we can quickly check capacity and tell you whether a rush custom color run is realistic for your event.
