If you order now from our outdoor bench factory, the shipping time depends on whether you need a stocked bench or a made-to-order bench. We keep a rotating supply of popular outdoor bench styles, including park benches, backless benches, and selected metal or wood-composite designs in standard colors and sizes. For ready-to-ship benches, once your order and payment are confirmed before the daily cut-off time, we can usually pack and release the shipment within 24 to 48 hours. If the order needs LTL freight, palletizing, or appointment delivery, the carrier pickup may add 1 to 3 business days.

Not every finish, size, or accessory is kept in stock at all times. Custom outdoor benches, special powder-coat colors, engraved logos, memorial plaques, custom lengths, cushion sets, and large-volume orders often move into production. In those cases, typical production time is 15 to 25 business days after drawing approval and deposit, followed by transit time based on your delivery location. If your project is urgent, tell us your deadline and we will check whether a similar in-stock bench can be substituted or whether your order can be prioritized.

For an exact bench shipping time, please send the model number or reference photo, quantity, frame finish, slat material, color, delivery ZIP code, and required arrival date. Our team will check live outdoor bench stock and reply with availability, earliest ship date, freight estimate, and a proforma invoice. Stock changes daily, so if the bench is available, we recommend confirming quickly or placing a deposit to reserve it. In short: yes, we do have ready-to-ship benches for selected outdoor models, and they can often ship in 24 to 48 hours. Custom, bulk, or special-finish orders follow a longer production and freight schedule.
